摘要: One major objective of all types breast reduction procedures is to achieve a long-lasting, stable and aesthetically pleasing three-dimensional (3-D) shape, but current surgical outcome evaluation limited. This study compares the extent soft-tissue oedema tissue migration related 3-D morphology changes after inverted T-scar vertical-scar over 12 months. surface scans patients undergoing (n=52 breasts) (n=44 mammaplasty were obtained preoperatively 2-3 days, 1 week, month, 3 months, 6 9 months postoperatively. images analysed at each time point comparing distances, contour deviations (%), (cm2) volume (cc) measurements including volumetric distribution between upper portion (UP) lower (LP) (%). Total postoperative decreased by 11.7% (T-scar) 7.8% (vertical-scar) during first (both p 0.05) (vertical-scar). Breast morphological are completed period 3-6 in group 6-9 group.
