摘要: A method of enhancing the permeability skin or mucosa to a biologically active permeant drug is described utilizing ultrasound plus chemical enhancer. If desired may be modulated by means frequency modulation, amplitude phase modulation and/or combinations thereof. from high low develops local pressure gradient directed into body, thus permitting traverse mucosa. The enhanced delivery preferably accomplished using enhancer, applying optionally at frequency, amplitude, phase, thereof that further induces body. also useful as for application tattoo noninvasively delivering pigment through surface.
