Parasuicide and use of intoxicants among Norwegian adolescents

摘要: Self-reported history of parasuicide was analyzed with respect to use intoxicants in a national sample 12,000 Norwegian adolescents. The proportion parasuicides 8.3%, being higher among girls and those living without both parents, it increased age, intoxicants, depression, loneliness. Calculations relative risks adjusted odds ratios demonstrated positive associations between no significant gender differences were found. findings are discussed reference impacts intoxication risk-taking behavior.
