摘要: The aim of this review is to analyze and summarize the state art processing aluminum alloys, in particular AlSi10Mg alloy, obtained by means Additive Manufacturing (AM) technique known as Selective Laser Melting (SLM). This process gaining interest worldwide, thanks possibility obtaining a freeform fabrication coupled with high mechanical properties related very fine microstructure. However, SLM complex, from physical point view, due interaction between concentrated laser source metallic powders, extremely rapid melting subsequent fast solidification. effects main variables on final parts are analyzed review: starting powder properties, such shape size distribution, parameters, power speed, layer thickness, scanning strategy. Furthermore, detailed overview microstructure material, tensile fatigue parts, some cases after different heat treatments, presented.
