摘要: Abstract The influence of heat treatment and deformation on structural changes Al-based amorphous alloys in the state at early stages crystallization has been studied using methods X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry transmission electron microscopy. It is shown that isothermal annealing multiple cold rolling bring about formation an inhomogeneous phase with areas different chemical composition. accelerates process nanocrystallization alloys. conditions alloy affect size fraction nanocrystals forming upon subsequent heating. case preliminary smaller than annealing. We discuss reasons for nanostructures containing thermal treatments before onset crystallization.
