摘要: Current trends in sample preparation focus on the miniaturization of process resulting what is known as microextraction techniques. Among them stir bar sorptive dispersive (SBSDME) one most recent It was presented a few years ago hybrid technique that combines principles extraction (SBSE) and solid phase (DSPE). This novel introduces, into solution, bar-shaped magnet coated with magnetic (nano)material, which maintained surface by magnetism. Once stirring starts, competitive action between magnetism rotational force exploited. At low speed (nano)material retained reminding SBSE, whereas at high sufficiently surpasses so dispersed solution DSPE. Upon halting rotation, field prevails again attracts containing analytes back bar. Finally, extracted are chemically or thermally desorbed before their measurement appropriate analytical instrument. When compared separately to SBSE DSPE procedures, SBSDME affords, single approach, advantages such lower times than easier post-extraction treatment The main purpose this tutorial review describe fundamentals experimental variables involved technique, well compile critically discuss published papers concerning methods based use analyzing its evolution future prospects.
