Facile synthesis of Schiff and Mannich bases of isatin derivatives

摘要: We report herein on the synthesis of some isatin Schiff’s bases (1–11), which were prepared from reaction and aromatic amines. These in turn converted to corresponding Mannich (12-23) by with a number secondary amines formaldehyde, taking advantage active –NH group isatin. The structures these compounds elucidated using standard spectroscopic analytical methods.
