摘要: It reported the gas accidents risks during Olympic Games in Beijing and proposed countermeasures for regulatory circles. During 29th 13th Paralympic held Beijing, if incident had happened, disasters would have not only affected normal operation of city, but also directly or indirectly affect smooth holding Games. As local administrators, Municipal Administration Commission chose competition venues, training venues contracted hotels restaurants to be most important areas. First, through historical data analysis domestic accident reports since 2000, can mainly classified into five categories: as leakage; supply disruption instability; fire explosion; physical suffocation. Then, identification hazards sensitive areas under control, fundamental information risk distribution grasped. Third, this research analyzed vulnerabilities controlling capabilities accident, well likelihood consequence, determine level risk. Finally, feasible solutions were Gas Emergency Rescue Reserve Plan System.
