Fall detection using biologically inspired monitoring: artificial immune system in the area of assisted living

摘要: This position paper supports the use of Artificial Immune System (AIS) in area Ambient Assisted Living (AAL). While AIS has been used for anomaly detection and classification a wide range applications, little work done on using detecting abnormal behaviour health monitoring applications. In this paper, we propose to fall detection, since falls can be seen as deviations from normal behaviour. We justify our proposal by analysing research that carried out past different fields emphasising similarities AAL. The also describes experimental setup is currently being current future work.
