摘要: Summary.—Avifaunal inventories in 1980, 2007 and 2009 along the eastern slope of Peruvian Andes at Abra Maruncunca, dpto. Puno, document occurrence change relative abundance 245 species. Degradation forest cover with an increase secondary vegetation probably explains many differences between 1980 surveys. We provide details for first clarification status Peru Ochre-cheeked Spinetail Synallaxis scutata, Olivaceous Woodcreeper Sittasomus griseicapillus viridis, Scimitar-winged Piha Lipaugus uropygialis, White-necked Thrush Turdus albicollis contemptus, Bluebrowed Tanager Tangara cyanotis cyanotis, White-browed Brush Finch Arremon torquatus Yellow-bellied Siskin Sporagra xanthogastra, comments on taxonomy Roadside Hawk Rupornis magnirostris, Plumbeous Pigeon Patagioenas plumbea, a Pyrrhura parakeet, White-bellied Hummingbird Amazilia chionogaster, antwren Herpsilochmus sp., Fuscous Flycatcher Cnemotriccus fuscatus. The key ensuring that this rich avifauna is preserved site lies protection relatively intact base massif north end our study area.
