摘要: The invention discloses a gene large fragment deletion/duplication detection method. method comprises the following steps: designing hybridization probe, carrying out template DNA denaturation, hybridizing biological sample namely nucleic acid molecule with multiple connection reactions in presence of enzymes, adding forward/reverse primer to carry PCR amplification, sequencing, reading sequence information, and finally analyzing abundance probes representing specific sequences by bioinformatics determine situation. experiment results show that provided has advantages: (1) sensitivity system is improved; (2) database establishment simple; (3) data analysis easy; (4) cost low.
