摘要: Recent cancer studies emphasize that genetic and heritable epigenetic changes drive the evolutionary rate of progression drug resistance. We discuss ways in which nonheritable aspects cellular variability may significantly increase rate. Nonheritable arises by stochastic fluctuations cells physiological responses to environment. New approaches design be required control evolution resistance chemotherapy.
