摘要: Abstract In this study magnetohydrodynamic effect on natural convection heat transfer of Cu–water nanofluid in an enclosure with hot elliptic cylinder is investigated. The governing equations fluid motion and their vorticity stream function form are used to simulate the flow transfer. Control Volume based Finite Element Method (CVFEM) applied solve these equations. effective thermal conductivity viscosity calculated using Maxwell–Garnetts (MG) Brinkman models, respectively. calculations performed for different parameters such as Hartmann number, Rayleigh nanoparticle volume fraction inclined angle inner cylinder.
