摘要: The heme enzyme indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) was found to oxidize NADH under aerobic conditions in the absence of other enzymes or reactants. This reaction led formation dioxygen adduct IDO and supported oxidation Trp N-formylkynurenine.
