摘要: The primary objective of this study was to examine the kinematics and kinetics shoulder during wheelchair propulsion at a slow moderate speed. Twenty-seven individuals with paraplegia propelled their wheelchairs speeds 0.9 m/s 1.8 while motion analysis system captured movements upper limbs SMART(Wheel)s simultaneously recorded pushrim kinetics. Intraclass R correlation Cronbach's coefficient alpha statistics revealed that all parameters were stable consistent between strokes speeds. exhibited greater range motion, forces moments 1.2 2.0 times (p 0.1). Shoulder positioning associated peak loads may be important indicators for identifying manual users risk developing pain injury.
