摘要: The Partial Volume Effect hampers the quantification of rodent dynamic PET images. work proposes a whole process for TAC extraction from images without anatomical information requirement. were segmented using Local Means Analysis segmentation method, and resulting regions used as spatial domains Geometric Transfer Matrix based method. estimation was assessed on phantom simulations experimental datasets with ex-vivo measurements, compared to reference methods: mean computation method original Our GTM performed better than in terms correlation estimated TACs true ones, contrast recovery error.
