摘要: The purpose of this research was to study the effects weather on physical activity and compliance minimum recommendations. Participants included 257 women 178 men. Time spent in activity, average daily steps, variables were gathered analysed explore influence PA with In result, environmental facto rs may have a weak an individual will engage PA, individuals highly committed active lifestyle (based number steps taken per day) did not seem be influenced by any variables. To conclude,  c onsidering known barriers lifestyle, information is markedly important since engaging day-to-day basis extreme relevance maintenance healthy status, especially elderly.
