摘要: Recent labor markets developments, including mismatches in the skills of workers and jobs, extended unemployment benefits, very high rates long-term joblessness, may be impeding return to \\"normal\\" around 5%. An examination alternative measures market conditions suggests that rate have risen as much 1.7 percentage points about 6.7%, although this increase is likely prove temporary. Even with such an increase, sizable slack expected persist for years.
