摘要: Bisphenol S (BPS), an alternative compound of bisphenol A, has been found to affect reproduction, development, and immune system. Although microRNAs (miRNAs) play important role in many metabolic activities, whether how they are involved the process BPS-induced toxicity is unknown. In present study, changes miRNAs target gene expression male zebrafish gonad, potential mechanism was investigated. Male were exposed 0, 5, 50μg/L BPS for 21 d. miRNA isolated from gonad pool profiles 255 known analyzed using microarrays. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction used validate several microarray data. The GO term analysis revealed that significantly affected by exposure hematopoiesis, lymphoid organ system development. Among 14 regulated after 5 BPS, six targeted cyp19a1b gene, suggesting via interference with aromatization process. Our findings provide novel insight into epigenetic regulatory mechanisms zebrafish, identification biomarkers BPS.
