摘要: White states that a serious anomaly of the coronary circulation rarely occurs and most anomalies arteries veins are no clinical importance. These include such conditions as extracoronary mouths, one ostium giving rise to both right left arteries, unusual branching course these vessels. As an example this latter group, it is interest cite case 19-year-old female who presented physical findings suggestive patent ductus arteriosus; however, at operation there was found anomalous artery communicated with ventricle. This has not been described previously among confused patency nor any apparent record similar in available literature. Report Case A Negro girl, aged 19 years, admitted
