摘要: The importance of look-ahead and flexible acceleration deceleration (Acc/Dec) technology to high-precision high-speed computer numerical control (CNC) was firstly discussed; the massive data computing requirement problem in NC blocks’ trajectory planning revealed. Motived by this, ACC/DEC method systematically studied. A four-level strategy including position, velocity, acceleration, jerk addressed detail. corner speed suitable for any multi-axis expounded, a classification forward researched describe various profiles. On above basis, nanoscale using long blocks segmentation proposed. overall effectiveness proposed is demonstrated simulation machining group identical impellers.
