摘要: Ellipticine is the most representative compound of small family pyrido[4,3-b]carbazole alkaloids which exhibit antitumour activity. However, its use plagued by problems associated with insolubility in water and detection clinical analysis. As cyclodextrins (CDs) may alleviate these problems, inclusion complexes obtained from ellipticine γ-CD as well a set β-CD or modified β-CDs were characterized means their stoichiometry association constants. The stoichoimetry was 1:1 (ellipticine: CD) for 1:2 ellipticine–γ-CD complex. Association constants calculated using spectrofluorimetric data. they depend on pH medium, different values (1.0, 9.1 13.0). Modified together gave highest cationic neutral did not differ significantly. These results might lead to an improvement chromatographic analysis ellipticine.
