摘要: This article describes the stepwise development of website 'E-info gene(ca)'. The provides counselees in breast cancer genetic counseling with computer-tailored information and a question prompt prior to their first consultation. Counselees generally do not know what expect from they tend have passive role, receiving large amounts relatively standard information. Using "intervention mapping approach," we developed E-info gene(ca) aiming enhance counselees' realistic expectations participation during counseling. on this is tailored individual situation (e.g., counselee's age history). covers topics process, risk, meaning being carrier gene mutation, emotional consequences hereditary cancer. Finally, encourages prepare questions for visit.
