摘要: Abstract Raman spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and electrochemical reduction techniques were used to characterize the passive film formed on weathering steels. Test pieces of steel exposed an industrial environment for 4.5 8 yrs. In both cases was composed predominantly 8-FeOOH with 10–20% γ-FeOOH possibly some α-FeOOH. spectra from different depths surface identical which implied that composition homogeneous.
