摘要: Shoulder pain is a common musculoskeletal complaint in the community, which can arise from diverse causes. Regardless of cause, mild cases often be effectively treated conservatively, with options including rest, physiotherapy, relief and glucocorticoid injections. If conservative strategies fail after 3-6 month period then surgery might considered. Generally, proportion patients shoulder who require small. When considered, clear diagnosis structural information imaging are required. The indications for surgery, success rate, depend on specific as well individual clinical presentation. Evidence case series suggest that surgical interventions effective when used appropriately. This article outlines management most painful conditions affect shoulder, impingement, rotator cuff tear, frozen osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis calcific tendonitis.
