摘要: The composition and structure of nitrogen-substituted graphite films formed by chemical vapor deposition were found to depend on the supply rate starting material, pyrrole. was varied changing temperature Tm X-ray diffraction indicates that film is similar graphite. Domain sizes along basal plane La c-axis Lc estimated Raman spectroscopy respectively. As lowered, increased. atomic fraction incorporated nitrogen determined photoelectron (XPS) be a maximum 12.4 at.% at = 60 °C. Two peaks observed in XPS N1s spectra around 398 eV 401 eV. former assigned atoms substituted for carbon layer latter those bonded edge.
