摘要: Objectives To understand the factors associated with knowledge of non-occupational post-exposure prophylaxis (nPEP) and pre-exposure (PrEP), bathhouse patrons in New York City (NYC) were surveyed. Methods 554 men who have sex (MSM) at two NYC bathhouses given a standardised survey focused on nPEP PrEP time HIV testing. Results In previous 90 days, 63% respondents reported unprotected male partner 7% any known HIV-positive partner. Less than half having primary provider (primary care practitioner) was aware their MSM behaviour. 201 (36%) or PrEP. univariate analyses, race/ethnicity, testing, gay self-identification, higher education level, behaviour, interaction healthcare system, use internet for meeting partners, reporting an 90 days number partners each significantly being multivariate analysis, (OR 5.10, p=0.02) (PEP)/PrEP disclosure to also associated, although less robustly 2.10, p=0.06).
