摘要: An effect of geographical barriers on the level population structuring and ways northwards colonization in common shrew Sorex araneus was investigated by contrasting gene flow inferred one Y-linked eight autosomal microsatellites. A total 102 shrews trapped at localities separated mountain ridges Śnieznik Massif (East Sudetes, Poland) were studied. The genetic structure populations estimated using standard analysis molecular variance based F-statistic, as well two clustering methods implemented Structure Geneland. In pair-wise comparisons both FST RST estimated. Mantel-test used to investigate patterns causes structuring. No significant correlation between differentiation distance found for loci locus. Significant four out six pairs populations. Studying we nonsignificant correlations matrices presence barrier. On other hand, locus these significant, RST, suggesting reduced males. Patterns may suggest possible colonization, which promoted distinction migrating different routes.
