Reaction mechanism of 12C(16O, α): 12C transfer to nuclear molecular resonances

摘要: Abstract Various reaction mechanisms are examined for the 12 C ( 16 O , α) at 145 MeV incident energy. The direct transfer of 12C to nuclear molecular states can consistently explain observed features peaks in α-particle spectra, while many other processes contribute smooth background.
