摘要: The stratum corneum (SC) is the outermost layer of epidermis. Stacked intercellular lipid membranes found in SC play a crucial role regulating transport water through skin. In this work, we present new method to determine permeability model membrane using quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) [Langmuir, 2009, 25 (10), 5762-5766]. We investigate comprising an equimolar mixture brain ceramide (CER), cholesterol (CHO) and palmitic acid (PA), use QCM diffusivity (D), solubility (S) (P) vapor. have that skin can not be described terms Fickian process as effective diffusion constant depends on thickness bilayer stacks. This may due slow equilibration related hydration. Using polarity-sensitive probe, PRODAN, time scale ∼ 10 hrs, which explain non-Fickian behavior membrane.
