摘要: This article describes increasing wear resistance of 5CrNiMo die steel by more than 5 times. effect is achieved creating TiC-Ti-Al and TiB2-Ti-Al coatings on the surface steel. The microhardness formed depends which part structure measured. differs 12 times in matrix material inclusions titanium carbides borides. However, combination metal composites reinforcing suggests a high complex properties coatings. formation wear-resistant these systems carried out two-stage treatment. At first stage, electro-explosive spraying or performed. second electron-beam treatment out. uniformity during enforced specially designed composite conductors, are electrically exploded. reason for increase multiphase finely dispersed based TiC, Al3Ti, Ti Ti3Al phases system TiB2, TiB AlTi3 system. was also studied detail at interface between substrate using transmission electron microscopy. studies were compared with structural features obtained laser cladding technique TiAl alloy. Comparison findings two different methods revealed both general patterns characteristic each coating methods. They relate to substrate, as well unitary layers.
