摘要: The relative bioavailability of levonorgestrel (LNG) and ethinyl estradiol (EE) administered concomitantly both as an oral tablet a solution was assessed in randomized two-period crossover study 24 healthy women. Serum concentrations were monitored for 96 h after each administration. (Fr) LNG the with respect to 107%; thus two formulations bioequivalent LNG. EE, however, significantly lower (Fr 83%) compared solution. This difference may have been due either decreased absorption or enhanced presystemic elimination EE from formulation.
