When are children diagnosed as having severe haemophilia and when do they start to bleed? A 10-year single-centre PUP study

摘要: The aim of this single-centre study was to obtain data prospectively on when children are diagnosed as having severe haemophilia and they start bleed. Results 10-year PUP suggest that is nowadays much earlier than in the Sixties. Patients with (n = 37; FV III <0.01 U/ml) bleed at very different ages. While 44% patients have their first bleeding episode within year life, others do not before age four. onset joint bleedings generally occurs about half a later other types bleeding. our developed by 1.22 years, mean for 1.91 years.
