摘要: The accuracy of transrectal real-time ultrasonography (RTU) scanning technique to detect ovarian structures (follicles and corpus luteum) Serrana goats was compared the data obtained by observation sequential slices. This slicing (SLI) considered as reference method. laparoscopy laparotomy techniques were also used for corpora lutea identification. For this purpose ovaries 14 females observed, 7–8 days after ovulation, followed laparoscopic examination. Then removed studied slicing. In sliced sections each ovary ( n = 28), follicles luteum (CL) identified counted. CL follicular diameters measured using a millimetre scale. total number follicles, counted RTU, significantly lower than that observed SLI (P 0.05) between average (mean ± S.D.) per RTU (0.71 0.75), (0.58 0.71), (0.67 0.76) or (0.83 methods. identification validated detection on D7–D8 (100%), 91.7%, 87.5% 83.3% laparoscopy, respectively. negative predictive value
