摘要: Abstract Objective Pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) continues to be a difficult problem for the medical community. Traditionally, oral antibiotic therapy has been cornerstone of treatment, but some patients, who are resistant multiple trials antibiotics, require alternative therapeutic modalities. One such option, use intravenous (IV) shown high success rate in limited study. Our goal is estimate consisting culture directed IV adenoidectomy, and sinus aspiration ameliorating long-term (>12 months) clinical symptoms CRS pediatric patients therapy. Methods We conducted retrospective review records 22 received focusing on patient age, initial presenting symptoms, computed tomography scan finding, length, duration, type prior length follow-up symptom resolution.
