摘要: It is of often important to accurately predict the flow-induced vibration or dynamic instability a pipeline conveying internal high speed flow in advance, which requires very accurate solution method. In this study, first equations for axial and transverse vibrations are reduced from set pipe-dynamic derived previous study then spectral element model formulated. The accuracy method (SEM) verified by comparing its results with obtained finite (FEM). shown that present provides solutions using an extremely small number degrees-of-freedom when compared FEM. dynamics sample investigated varying tension flow.
