摘要: Aerobic reduction of tellurite by five Acholeplasma species and two Mycoplasma was investigated light electron microscopy. Among the species, colonies A. laidlawii oculi exhibited a heavy, macroscopically visible tellurite, whereas reaction axanthum weaker. granularum modicum did not reduce substrate under experimental conditions employed. The subspecies M. mycoides also reacted with as strain bovigenitalium although to lesser extent. Ultrastructurally, sites were localized cytoplasmic membrane in three positive apparently cytoplasm subsp. mycoides. Reduction could be demonstrated capri bovigenitalium. results support previous evidence obtained biochemical methods which indicates localization redox enzymes Acholeplasmas.
