摘要: The chapter focuses on the seismic performance based assessment (PBA) of Arsenal de Milly, a 15th century masonry monument located in Medieval City Rhodes, Greece. Although structure is quite simple from geometrical point view, its response interesting due to interaction effects with massive adjacent defensive wall. In particular, procedure proposed PERPETUATE project for protection cultural heritage assets has been followed, by integrating use different modelling strategies achieve more reliable and exploiting also ambient vibration tests their calibration. following have adopted: (i) finite element approach through 3D model using brick elements (developed OpenSees code); (ii) structural equivalent frame Tremuri software); (iii) macro-block limit analysis according kinematic MB-PERPETUATE software). calibration such models was supported results tests, very useful case order highlight torsional modes related Finally, some preliminary analyses soil—foundation—structure included, too.
