These findings concur with neurochemical L-theanine brain. interact to enhance performance in terms attention switching ability ignore distraction; this is likely be reflective higher-level cognitive activity sensitive detrimental overstimulation. Further research should investigate interactive caffeine, task complexity, utilize a range ecologically valid outcomes, assess neuroprotective using epidemiological or longer-term intervention among individuals risk neurodegenerative disease.
