摘要: Gastroparesis is a very heterogeneous syndrome. Patients may present with predominant nausea and vomiting resulting in weight loss, dehydration, frequent hospitalizations. Some have symptoms consistent functional dyspepsia while others heartburn effortless regurgitation suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux disease. In addition to the upper gastrointestinal symptoms, psychological need be considered. this chapter, many facets clinical presentation gastroparesis are presented.
