摘要: Abstract The Mobil Composition of Matter No. 41 (MCM-41) containing 1.0 and 5.0 wt.% Cu was synthesized under solid state reaction. calcinations samples were done at two different temperatures, 500 300 °C. X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV–Vis DRS), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) transmission electron microscopy (TEM) used for characterization. Powder showed that when Cu(CH 3 COO) 2 content is about 1.0 wt.% in Cu/MCM-41, the guest CuO-NPs copper ions formed on silica channel wall, more exists crystalline state. When exceeds this value (5.0 wt.%), CuO nanoparticles 2+ can be observed low From spectra it confirmed 5 wt.% Cu/MCM-41 sample calcined 500 °C show plasmon resonance band due to range between 600 nm small clusters n 450 nm. It also shows some are present octahedrally extraframework position all samples. Both fourier indicate tetrahedrally within framework 1 wt.% TEM images indicated size 30–40 nm.
