摘要: After the success of human genome project, proteome is a new emerging field biochemistry as it provides knowledge enzymes (proteins) interactions with different body organs and medicines administrated into body. Therefore, study proteomics very important for development effective drugs to control many lethal diseases. In study, analyses essential significant from pathological point views, i.e., in several serious diseases such cancer, Alzheimer’s disease aging, heart also plant biology. The separation identification challenging job due their complex structures closely related physico-chemical behaviors. However, recent advances liquid chromatography make this easy. Various kinds chromatography, along detectors optimization strategies, have been discussed article. Besides, attempts made include chirality concept understanding mechanism medication various controlled by proteins.
