摘要: Takotsubo syndrome (TTS) is one of the causes myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries, and often triggered by physical events (e.g. acute respiratory failure), or emotional loss a family member, cardiac stress induced an illness). SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia currently represents worldwide health problem; correlations between cardiovascular disease, injury infection are still unclear, but initial data show that damage negative prognostic factor. Myocardial during SARS-CoV-2, as defined pathological rise in circulating troponin levels, not uncommon complication hospitalized patients, significantly more frequent intensive care unit patients among those who died. In this setting, mainly secondary to type 2 (mismatch oxygen supply demand failure); other include myocarditis, thrombosis, sepsis septic shock. At present, only few cases TTS have been described SARS-CoV-2. Here we report case patient for failure due subsequent onset both events.
