Potentiality of taubah (Islamic repentance) and listening to the Holy Quran recitation on galvanic skin response

摘要: Taubah and listening to the Holy Quran recitation are highly recognizable Islamic repentance Muslim community. Undoubtedly, these beliefs can flourish people's mind and soul. Therefore, this has a miraculous power reduce anxiety stress like psychological pessimistic matters from one's mind. Besides this, relieve calm disturbed Consequently, may be used as therapeutic agents in some cases. In work, authors make use of taubahand stimuli psychophysiological research, via galvanic skin response (GSR), an objective method for realizing changes of emotional subjects. The results show that GSR measure mental states by Quran. The  effect  of  the  recitation  on  GSR  is compared  with  that  of  taubah. Both taubah and display on GSR; however former reflects greater than latter.   Key words: Taubah, Quran, psychophysiology.
