EnglishIntroduction: food bolus impaction in the esophagus, is frequent symptom patients with eosinophilic esophagitis (EEO). This may mean change epidemiology and clinical management of this emergency endoscopy. Methods: Retrospective analysis endoscopic foreign body (FB). We studied epidemiological characteristics, findings, type FB, rate history years preceding survey. Statistical was performed using t-student tests ×2. Results: patients, male, age years. Endoscopic findings: esophagus 34.4% findings EEO Meat most common FB (60.3%, Patients hit by suspected finding. The subgroup impacted diagnosis presented lower than those causes (36.47 64.45, P = 0.00) higher percentage background previous 6%, RR 15.70 95% (from 3.60 to 62.50), p 0.00). Emergency event our practice. case be considered such so we bolus, young impaction.
