摘要: Oral glucose tolerance tests were performed in healthy infants, aged one to 29 days. Capillary blood samples obtained from heel stabs for estimation of and insulin immediately before 30, 60 120 minutes after the administration (2.0g per kg body weight). The younger infants tended have delayed diminished responses a load than did older infants. ratio increment concentration at 30 following 20 days, was below 0.4. days above 0.5. From these results it is evident that pancreas human begins respond stimulation by during early postnatal period this response becomes even obvious age.
