摘要: Based on the non-linear characteristics of twin flapper-nozzle servo valve, equation was deduced, and a nonlinear mathematical model set up. By using control theory, local input-output linearization system analyzed by precision linear. Finally, results simulation experimentation approved strong advantages proposed model. The are useful for high-precision position tracking electro-hydraulic valve system.
