摘要: A simple efficient method for the iron(III)-catalyzed synthesis of substituted β-chlorovinyl ketones and α,β-alkynyl from terminal silyl-substituted alkynes with acid chlorides, respectively, is described. This features easily available starting materials, a cheap non-toxic catalyst, manipulation mild reaction conditions. Evidence shows that catalytic addition chloride to alkyne give (Z)-β-chlorovinyl favours concerted pathway via four-membered ring transition state between two carbons carbon-chloride bond chloride.
