摘要: The recent introduction of IFMIS at the National Government Kenya is advancement in technology aimed improving procurement practices. not only increases efficiency of procurements, but also accountability procurement. However, exact effect it has on performance been fully established by available literature. This study establishing implementation and impact integrated financial management information system Kenya. researcher used cross-sectional survey approach conducting where all ministries national government were studied their level points. population interest consisted 18 under as such managers targeted. mainly primary data collected using questionnaires. questionnaires included structured unstructured questions was administered through drop pick later method. Data quantitative nature. descriptive statistical tools helped to describe determine extent used. frequency distributions, tables, figures, percentages, means standard deviations. Further, statistics analyse factors affecting on procurement Kenyan Ministries. In addition, conducted a multiple regression analysis show relationship between public sector found out that had adopted various e-procurement practices enhance performance. Multiple adoption significant concluded positive study recommended should undertake more awareness programmes create stance towards e-government projects amongst stakeholders falls. recommended appoint oversight committees will see implementation respective ministries.
