摘要: We present a new technique for acquiring and analyzing intrinsic signal optical images of brain activity, using continuous stimulus presentation data acquisition. The main idea is to temporally periodic analyze the component response at frequency. Advantages include removal heart, respiration, vasomotor artifacts, dramatic increase in spatial resolution, 30-fold or greater reduction acquisition time. also novel approach localizing instantaneous neuronal responses time-reversed stimuli that widely applicable imaging. To demonstrate power technique, we high-resolution retinotopic maps five visual areas mouse cortex orientation cat cortex.
